  3. Hip: Measured around the body, about 20cm below your waist, with feet together

  If your garment arrives and you discover that you chose the wrong size or don't like the fit, don't worry!

  Equilibrio offers easy returns and free size exchanges within 14 days of delivery of your full order. Simply email [email protected] to request a return or size exchange.

  Refunds are offered either by way of bank transfer, payment to your card or store credit/voucher.

  Please familiarise yourself with the delivery, returns and exchanges policy e.g. par 2.5 specifically deals with items that can't be returned.

  Delivery

  Equilibrio delivers via courier in South Africa within 3 - 7 working days (other than House of Cinnamon shoes that take 10 working days).

  If items are required before 7 working days please email [email protected] to check availability before you order and pay.

  You'll be updated via the email address you provide during checkout. We'll send you a tracking number when your order ships so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.

  Depending on the content of your order, you may receive more than one package on different days.

  Shipping costs differ from designer to designer. Some brands ship free of charge others charge a fee depending on your location in South Africa.

   

  Returns & Exchanges

  Equilibrio offers easy returns and size exchanges within 14 days of delivery of your full order. Simply email [email protected] to request a return or size exchange. We will send our courier to collect the item from you.

  Size exchanges are free of charge.

  Refunds carry an admin charge of R100 which will be deducted from your refund amount.

  Refunds are offered either by way of bank transfer, card refund or store credit/voucher, it's your choice.
