  Equilibrio offers free returns and size exchanges within 14 days of delivery of your full order. Simply email [email protected] to request a return or size exchange.

  Refunds are offered either by way of bank transfer, payment to your card or store credit/voucher.

  Please familiarise yourself with the delivery, returns and exchanges policy e.g. par 2.5 specifically deals with items that can't be returned.

  Delivery

  Equilibrio delivers via courier in South Africa within 3 - 7 working days unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

  You'll be updated via the email address you provide during checkout. We'll send you a tracking number when your order ships so that you can follow the progress on your delivery.

  Depending on the content of your order, you may receive more than one package on different days.

  Shipping costs differ from designer to designer with a maximum of R75 shipping cost per order (with the exception of Kirsten Goss jewellery that costs R150 per order).
