Equilibrio is purely an online store with a head office in Johannesburg. Garments ship from all over the country. We have no physical shop. But we are always here for you! Here are a few ways to get hold of us:

Option 3: Fill in this form and we’ll get back to you via your preferred method (email, SMS, Whatsapp or call back)
DELIVERY, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We provide a delivery estimate on each product page. Some items are in stock and can be shipped immediately but most need to be made once ordered. Delivery in South Africa takes a maximum of 7 working days via courier unless specifically mentioned otherwise. We will let you know when your items ship via the email address you provide at checkout and provide a tracking number of your package. For queries please email shop@equilibrio.co.za.
We do returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Email us shop@equilibrio.co.za and we’ll arrange collection.
