    1. Bust: Measured under your arms, around your body, at the widest part of your bust
    2. Waist: Measured around the smallest part of your waist
    3. Hip: Measured around the body, about 20cm below your waist, with feet together

    Equilibrio offers easy returns and free size exchanges within 14 days of delivery of your full order. Simply email shop@equilibrio.co.za to request a return or size exchange.

    Refunds are offered either by way of bank transfer, payment to your card or store credit/voucher.

    Please familiarise yourself with the delivery, returns and exchanges policy e.g. par 2.5 specifically deals with items that can't be returned.

    Delivery

    Equilibrio delivers via courier in South Africa within 3 - 7 working days (other than House of Cinnamon shoes which take 14 working days and some Erre items which can take up to 10 working days).

    If items are required before 7 working days please email shop@equilibrio.co.za to check availability before you order and pay.

    You'll be updated via the email address you provide during checkout. We'll send you a tracking number when your order ships so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.

    Depending on the content of your order, you may receive more than one package on different days.

    Shipping costs differ from designer to designer. Some brands ship free of charge others charge a fee depending on your location in South Africa.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Equilibrio offers easy returns and size exchanges within 14 days of delivery of your full order. Simply email shop@equilibrio.co.za to request a return or size exchange. We will send our courier to collect the item from you.

    Size exchanges are free of charge (please note, one free exchange per item).

    Cash refunds carry an admin charge of R150 that will be deducted from your refund amount. The admin fee is waived if you opt for store credit. Shipping fees (if any) are not refunded.

Description

We searched far and wide to find good quality sneakers that are made in South Africa! Not only are these sneakers locally produced, but they are also made from navy hemp canvas. They are sustainable, vegan-friendly, lightweight, and very durable.

Size and fit: These shoes are unisex. Women, please take one size down from your normal size e.g. if you are normally a size 6, take a size 5. Men, take your normal size.

Materials: The upper of these sneakers are made from sustainably sourced navy hemp canvas. The sole is made from TR and rubber which is fully recyclable. The laces are organic cotton.

Care: Clean with a damp sponge.

Made in Durban, South Africa.
